I agree with what Billy said. He wanted to get two hunting dogs and once he got them, he worried about them. I wanted to get a dog once our old one died but I was worried that I would forget about her. I also wanted some goldfish and I was worried that I would forget to play with them.

Billy meant that no matter how old you are you will still want and worry about the same things. I do and do not agree with him because you won't worry about getting married when you are married and you're not going to want legos or pokemon as an adult. But as an adult you'll still worry about cancer or disease. Some worries for me are I hope I won't get cancer and my family will be healthy. Some wants are to be healthy and live a great life. ReplyDeleteI think Billy ment that young boys like him self keep wanting more and it never will stop. i feel the same way JJ feels, you will not always want certin stuff but you will always want more. some worries and wants in my life were when i was youger i had a Batae fish and my teacher wanted a class pet so i gave my class the fish and my fish got sick and i was worried he would die and he did.

He means that the worries of of a young boy will still be the same when your older. I don't really agree with Billy because when you see a toy on tv when you are young and you really want it, you probably won't want it when you are older/adult. A worry in my life is that my brother might break his are for the third time. My want is that my family lives a great life! -Mia Hardesty
ReplyDeleteBilly means that the worries or wants never come to an end. I agree with him very much, and that has happened to me before. Like I waited five years for a phone and it seemed like my want for that will never stop

What billy ment by that is that kids want somthing, and after they get that, something is needed for it like a coonskin or a pair of double A batteries. I agree because even when you are really old, you will still need something with your retirement plans, or a buy one get one free speacials on dentures. some worries and wants i had was that i wanted frogs for almost six months, but i was afraid they would die. one died. one is alive.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Billy. When he said the worries of a boy never cease, I found it to be true. He meant that a boy always has to worry about something: school, family issues, snd even pets. I was worried that a horrible disease would spread around the world. What kid doesn't worry about things like that?
ReplyDeleteThe things that a boy worries about(death, school, family,to name a few) cant ever stop, so they never cease. The wants (pets, toys, etc.) never cease. Also like Emily said when you get something, you need something for that.
ReplyDeletei agree with him. it means he always had to worry about something like really wanting something. for him it was hound dogs

ReplyDeleteI agree with Billy. He had his dogs but what if something bad happened to them, like if they got hurt or lost. Or if the dogs are horrible hunters, or people won't like him or against him or he is not alowed to.
i agree with link, billy meant your wants as in toys and needs as in this case two hound dogs will never change even if your age does... he wanted 2 dogs when he was 10 now he is thirteen and he is living the dream he had 3 years ago

Billy meant that sometimes you worry about something and that fear won't go away no matter what you do. I agree with him because he had been waiting for the dogs for years and now he doesn't want anything to happen to them. I've worried like this when I got a pet.
ReplyDeleteI agree with billy. Some there are some things that you just can't give up until you have them and when you get them you can't stop worrying

I think he meant to say that,"A boys wanting abilities never ever come to an end" Almost like how he wanted the dogs he wanted for the capture of the yellow haired coon.He never had caught one before so why didnt he catch one before if his grandpa told him stories about him as a little child?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Billy. I think he means that when he ever wants something he ends up never getting it for a long time. For the worries, when he worries about something he shouldn't react because it never comes out. I agree because I want adog really bad but I can't get one unles I earn it.-Alexandra Deweese

ReplyDeleteI think he means that if you want something, but you don't get it it finds a place in your heart for a long time. I wanted a life in Connecticut, but we had to move away. Connecticut is something I'll always remember. It'll rest in my heart until I go there again.
